The Nation of Israel was Born in a day

Up to the day that the Nation of Israel was born in a Day, the Middle East had just endured twenty years of British rule.

Palestine was a casualty of the downfall of the  Ottoman Empire. It was part of the Treaty that ended the war between the Ottoman Empire and the Allied Powers.

The original Mandate for Palestine was assigned to Great Britain by the Supreme Council of the Allied Powers in 1920. It  was approved by the League of Nations in 1922 and took effect in 1923, when the Treaty of Lausanne was signed.

The additional obligations imposed on Great Britain by the Council of the League of Nation’s was to establish Palestine as a homeland for the Jews. Jewish immigrants were to be given “access to State lands and waste lands not required for public purposes, so as not to prejudice the rights of other sections of the population”.

Conflict grew in Palestine. At the end of World War II,. Jewish settlers began lobbying the US to support the creation of a separate Israeli state. Britain meanwhile had adopted a policy of allowing no further Jewish immigration to support its other interests with Arab nations. The British interned more than 51,500 Jews who were trying to get to Palestine after the war. Hundreds of thousands of Jews also waited in Allied displaced persons camps

As a result, Jewish resistance against the British increased dramatically. Arab terrorism also increased. In order to keep the peace, Britain had more than 100,000 troops in the country.

Britain invited the United Nations to make recommendations to solve the Palestinian problem.

After many debate and compromises, the United Nations Special Committee on Palestine (UNSCOP) recommended an Arab state and a Jewish state. The recommendation became known as the Partition Plan. The Jews were allocated most of the coastal plain. Jerusalem would be designated an international city.

On November 29, 1947, the United Nations voted by 133-13 majority, that beginning on May 15, 1948, there would be two independent states in Palestine if the Jewish Community in Palestine would agree [and it did], and that the British mandate would end.

On May 14, 1948, Great Britain withdrew her mandate. On May 14, 1948, David Ben-Gurion, the head of the Jewish Agency, proclaimed the establishment of the State of Israel. Israel was born in a day literally. on that same day U.S. President Harry S. Truman recognized the new nation.

The Nation of Israel was born in a Day, recognised by America and then bombed by Arabs, all on the same day.

Hours later on May 14, the Arabs launched an air attack on Tel Aviv, which the Israelis resisted. This action was followed by the invasion of the former Palestinian mandate by Arab armies from Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, and Egypt. Saudi Arabia sent a formation that fought under the Egyptian command. British trained forces from Transjordan eventually intervened in the conflict, but only in areas that had been designated as part of the Arab state under the United Nations Partition Plan and the corpus separatum of Jerusalem.

EDITOR: This is a fulfillment of a 2,500 year old prophecy (Isaiah 66:8). It also sets the staging of the biblical End Times. Israel has to exist in order to be invaded by Russia Turkey and Syria. This invasion sets up the peace treaty and puts in power the man that sends us into nuclear war.
