It’s hard to believe that Israel would allow its citizens to once again become the victims of experimentation. But this expose by Jerusalem Report reveals how Big Pharma used Israel because of their comprehensive health databases to test and roll-out their covid vaccines.
A back door deal was made between Pfizer and Israel’s Health Ministry who traded a discount on COVID vaccines in exchange for Israeli citizens’ private health and personal data. This effectively made Israel the first country to become a massive vaccine experiment for these pharmaceutical companies.
The Higher Helsinki (Declaration) Committee used to oversee all human experimentation in Israel. It was dissolved just prior to the onset of Covid and the covid vaccination experimentation. All Israeli Hospitals normally would have to defer to this committee for all human experimentation especially with genetic material. Once the Higher Committee was dissolved all human experimentation decisions were then dropped to a local level. Hospitals were now making this decision. The same hospitals that were receiving handouts from the various drug agencies. They were now free to make decisions on human experimentation decisions without having to refer to a high authority. Their participation in this research also had financial benefits for the hospital which is a clear conflict of interest as this Jerusalem Report highlights.

In 2018 Israeli institutions receive 1.2 billion shekels (AU$500 million) every year from big pharma for the purposes of running medical experiments.
The turnover of the pharmaceutical industry in Israel according to the Ministry of Health is 10 billion shekels a year.
Most pharmaceutical companies scatter their dollars across every health institution from hospitals, research bodies, faculties of medicine doctor training organisations even the Ministry of Health itself.
Every hospital in Israel was listed in the report as receiving large investments/grants from pharmaceutical companies.
Since 2012, Pfizer has donated 44.7 million shekels to the Israel’s Ministry of Health; 1.2 million to the Israel’s Doctors Union and 1.2 million to Sheba Hospital Research Fund. Sheba Hospital went on to do testing of the Pfizer vaccine on pregnant women.
Israel Signs a Contract with the WHO
The WHO has set up their first meeting, since Covid, in Tel Aviv Israel in September 2022, regarding their ongoing plan of “United action for Better Health in Europe”.
For the past 20 years Israel has been collecting the health data on all its citizens. It teamed up with multinational SAP to achieve this digital database which is now of great value to researchers, organisations like the WHO and Big Pharma and other enterprises.
2020 Israel’s government signed a contract with the WHO forging the New World Order in Healthcare. One based on e-medicine and big data. This comes as no surprise since the WHO had established offices in Israel back in 2018.
In 2020 the country signed a cooperation strategy with the WHO for the next 6 years.
Bill Gates is a major contributor to the WHO at 16 percent of funds received, pipped only by Germany at 17 per cent. There have been concerns raised that this strategy may be an open door to a conflict of interest, because of Bill Gates influence with the WHO.
Bill Gates has an ongoing commitment to the global vaccination process. He has two organisations, his Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and GAVI both operating in this space.
Israel has a much needed, complete database of its citizens, that is also considered the way of the future for health management by the WHO.
Does this liaison between the WHO and Gates mean that the experimentation on its citizens will continue for Israel. Only time will tell. Let it not be written that big Pharma used Israel to their detriment.
