The delivery of five red heifers for the proposed third temple dedication the took place this week in Jerusalem. They were flown in from Texas.
The breeding of the red Heifers has been a long-term project for Orthodox Jews in Israel. The red heifers have to be without blemish, female without having had babies, no more than 2 years and one month old. Even 2 hairs of a different colour would disqualify them.
Here is the miracle. After a red heifer in NJ proved to be disqualified in 2015, the Israeli Temple Institute crowdfunded an initiative to make sure a red heifer was raised according to Biblical code. Over $120,000 was raised for breeding program which has now been successfully completed in Texas, USA. Normally all heifers in the US would be tagged in the ear. However due to Covid the tagging didn’t happen to this group, so they were able to fulfill the “without blemish” completely.
According to rabbinical tradition, there will only be 10 red heifers to be ever sacrificed over time. There have been nine red heifers sacrificed since Moses’ time. Two during the time of Moses and 7 after that. Since the destruction of the second temple, no red heifers have been slaughtered.
“The rabbi Maimonides (1135—1204) taught that the tenth red heifer would be sacrificed by the Messiah Himself. Those who anticipate the construction of a third temple are eager to find a red heifer that meets all the conditions, because the red heifer ashes will be necessary to purify the new temple.”
Many now consider that the appearance of a perfect red heifers to herald the imminent construction of the third temple and the return of the Jewish Messiah.
Israel is also in the throws of building a high speed train link from the Ben Gurion airport to the Temple Mount in order to bring pilgrims from 70 nations directly to the third temple for their Passover. It is rumoured that the train station will be named after Donald Trump for recognising Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
Even though the third temple has yet to be built, the vision is to have a house of prayer for all nations. The belief is that the third temple will be dedicated by their Messiah and will herald a one world religion where all believers can worship the one true God.
All the plans, temple objects and trained Levites are already in readiness for this build. All that remained apart from the actual rebuilding of the temple was the breeding of the perfect red heifers.

Christians also believe that the third temple will be reinstated and dedicated during the up coming tribulation period. However, they also believe that Jesus was the Messiah and the perfect sacrifice. This new dedication is the setup for the man the prophets call the “anti-Christ’. He will take up residence on the throne in the third temple and declare himself as God.
This sets up what is referred to as the “abomination of desolation” that Jesus and others warned about 2,000 years ago. This then leads to the genocide of Jews and Christians by the antiChrist and his followers, nuclear war and the worst period ever on earth.
Regardless of your point of view, the arrival of the red heifers in Israel is a significant fulfillment of yet another marker pointing to the times we are in. Red Heifers needed to cleanse the third temple…TICK!
