The About Times was a commission to bring an understanding of the times we live in, to the marketplace.
That perspective is certainly needed today. Even outside of Covid, most people know that things have not been right for a while. People in powerful positions are just not being brought to justice. Governments get away with not answering to the people even when there are protests. Elections even in democratic countries are being challenged as fraudulent.
Communication is now instant and global. We know about something when it happens often within seconds on social media. Minutes later it has been repackaged by the mainstream media who instead of being informative and open are being manipulated and our news censored. Corruption is entering all our world’s systems.
For the first time the West is witnessing in a growth gender reassignment clinics. Children with gender dysphoria is reaching plague proportions —a condition unknown, 20 years ago. Victoria a state in Australia even introduced legislation that makes it illegal to pray over someone undergoing the gender transition, even if they ask for it. The public is even having to learn a new language to deal with the manifestation.
Gay rights and cancel culture are now effecting businesses in a multiple of ways. Eighty year olds are being banned from sporting facilities for not wanting to underdress in front of people of the opposite biological sex. Banks are cancelling bank accounts of people who protest abortions. Scientific journals are refusing to publish scientific research if the results hurts a people group not even involved in the study. Truth now has to fit a cuddly, inclusive view of the world.
The weather is becoming more extreme. America just experienced six 1,000 thousand year rainfall and floods in just 2 months. In August, Iceland had 4,000 earthquakes occur in less than 24 hours. Motorists on a freeway were hit with hailstones the size of grapefruits in Canada, the same month. These are just not normal weather occurrences.
Then there is Covid—a pandemic of fear first-most, that set up Israel as Lab Rats, government vaccine mandates against people’s will, surrounded by cover-ups in every direction. To top it off a multi-billion wealth redistribution from the people to big pharma that is still happening.
The times may seem bizarre, yet these events fit exactly the description we were warned about 2,000 years ago by many prophets. They warned of times like these, the weather, changes earthquakes increasing, wars and rumours of war…even the big time rise of LGBTI. There was plenty more they warned about including a nuclear war that would destroy one third of sealife, animal life vegetation and waterways.
The destruction rested on the shoulders to two men. Both of their descriptions are catured in their pages.
About Times is that commentary about the news and current affairs in view of what they referred to as “End Times.
There are also specific markers they detailed which we also include in our About Times commentaries as they arise, like Israel being born in a day.
Our intention is that About Times will become a premier resource for anyone interested in understanding where we are in relation to those “End Times” from a current perspective.
